Hey everyone! Quick question for anyone using a US virtual bank account (like Payoneer, Wise, or nsave) for payouts here.
I’m trying to set up my Tipalti payment details, but I'm stuck. When I select my country (Bangladesh), the system completely blocks the ACH / Direct Deposit option and only lets me pick Wire or Check.
If I try to put my US virtual bank details into the Wire section, it gives me an error saying the code isn't valid for Bangladesh, because it's looking for a local Bangladeshi SWIFT code instead of a US routing number.
For those of you successfully using virtual banks, how did you get around this? Did you find a way to change the 'Bank Country' to the US on the payment screen while keeping your tax profile legal, or did you have to contact support for a manual override? Would love any screenshots or tips on how you filled out your dashboard. Thanks a ton!
