Protection Prayer
It’s easy to overlook how essential energy protection is in our spiritual practices, even though its significance is immeasurable. I occasionally forget, especially when I’m rushing, but starting my day with a protection prayer can make a big difference. Shielding yourself from the energies of others—even if they aren’t aware they’re projecting negativity or are caught in a negative mindset—is crucial. We can inadvertently absorb these energies, which is why it’s important to recognize and clear away what doesn’t belong to us before it disrupts our focus or momentum in our spiritual work. Even when driving, taking steps for energetic protection can boost your confidence and help you handle other drivers, especially those acting out of ego. No matter the circumstances, knowing you’re surrounded by a protective energy bubble or golden light can help you feel safer and more assured throughout the day.
Always make sure to have a grounding cord applied to yourself before placing the golden egg around you, or you will feel off balance.
These are the steps in using the Golden Egg for protection.
First, sit quietly with your back straight and imagine a golden shield directly in front of yourself as wide as your body, 6 inches thick of pure gold. Then create a 2nd shield next to yourself on the right touching the first two corners of the first shield in front of yourself. Then a 3rd directly behind yourself and then a 4th to the left. Make sure they are all touching corners.
Next, ask for liquid gold to come down from God to fill the each of the crevices between each of the shields creating a solid golden egg around you, leaving a hole at the top for your higher self and a hole at the bottom for your grounding cord.
Next Ask for the angels of security to come down from heaven and ask them to place their golden mesh around your egg 3 times, this insures you to be protected by energies that seek to create negativity. Feel your egg becoming more powerful, and finally, place 6 inches of cement around your egg, and 6 inches of solid steel around the cement.
In the end you can place mirrors outside your egg or place thorns depending on what your using it for.
You can also do this around your home and vehicles before taking a long trip somewhere.
Say thank you at the end of your prayer.
Here’s how to use the Golden Egg visualization for energetic protection:
1. Begin by sitting comfortably with your back straight. Visualize a golden shield in front of you, matching your body’s width and about six inches thick, made entirely of pure gold.
2. Next, picture a second golden shield to your right, connecting at the front corners with the first shield.
3. Add a third shield behind you, joining the corners with the one on your right and the one in front.
4. Complete the formation by imagining a fourth shield to your left, ensuring all shields touch at their corners, forming a protective enclosure.
5. Invite liquid gold from the divine to pour down and fill the gaps between each shield, sealing them together and forming a solid golden egg around you. Leave an opening at the top for your higher self and at the bottom for your grounding cord.
6. Request the angels of security to surround your golden egg with their golden mesh three times, enhancing your protection against negative energies. Visualize your egg growing stronger with each layer.
7. Strengthen your shield further by visualizing six inches of cement encasing the golden egg, followed by an additional six-inch layer of solid steel.
8. If desired, add mirrors or thorns outside your egg, depending on your specific needs for protection.
9. This visualization can also be expanded to safeguard your home or vehicle, especially before traveling.
10. Finish the practice by expressing gratitude at the end of your prayer.
