How do you deal with a video stolen by the seller.
If you find that your video is placed in the upper carousel as a seller-owned video and not named as your video. You are the victim of a seller who is taking your submissions and using your property without your consent. You can sell the rights to a video and grant permission, but this is not a typical situation for an influencer video.
You can do two things when you detect a video has been stolen: you can ignore it and miss out on commissions, you can contact the seller and ask them to take it down, or you can fill out an Infringement form and submit it to AMZ.
I submitted one on Nov 20th, 2025, and received this on Feb 17th, 2026.
Hello!
Thanks for reaching out using the copyright infringement complaint form.
We have taken down the video upon receipt of your request. This should be reflected within 24 hours.
Regards,
