Introducing the EISTIBVS Band Journey
One of the things I believe most strongly about the APM Artist Operating System is that it works. Not in theory. In practice.
So I am going to prove it.
I am going to apply the full APM framework to one of my own bands, EISTIBVS, live inside this community. You will be able to watch every step of the process in real time, from the mission and vision work all the way through quarterly OKRs, weekly reviews, and results tracking.
