your clients may not know their payments are declined

Soooo I have a paid community on skool of over 65 people..

Something ive noticed is their card gets declined and so I reach out to them to let them know!

Some of them were so grateful that I reached out because they genuinely just didn't know.

I asked her if skool reached out to her about it and they DID NOT..

Can we ask Alex Hermozi to make this happen ?! 🤣 or shall I hire an assistant to be on top of this for me hahah
