Switching from free to low ticket?

I’ve had a free community for the last 6 months with the intention of selling high ticket on the back end

I’ve been promoting it by: making TikTok’s and posting my first course videos on YouTube.

The struggle is: It hasn’t been growing the way that I would like.

I’m thinking of switching to low ticket because there has been basically no engagement and I know people don’t value what they don’t pay for.
