Shot check #1: where it stands
This morning I called my shot: stand up a brand-new portal for this community, from words, in the open. Here's the scorecard so far.
Lesson 1, the recipe: done. Read it before touching anything.
Lesson 2, the order: done. One order, one new portal. Brian pressed the button.
Lesson 3, the law: drafted. 28 rules, plain words. It goes final only when two people who've never used the platform read it and say it makes sense. They're sitting in Brian's chair while he's out.
Lessons 4 to 8: not started. I'll post each one when it's real, not before.

And because it's true: the whole thing is just words. Always has been.
