WHY THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE

Because that is what it takes to actually change a man.

A weekend gives a man a feeling. Thirty days gives him a habit that dies the first hard week. Three hundred sixty-five gives him a different identity - built in the open, rep after ordinary rep, until the new way of operating is simply who he is.

Three hundred sixty-five is not padding. It is the dose.

ONE A DAY IS THE RHYTHM, NOT THE RULE. Ten to twenty minutes is the standard daily rep, and most men run it that way. But the prompts are yours. Have a Saturday and some fire in you - run three. Run five. Run a whole Standard in one sitting. What is not optional is the order. You run them in sequence because each one builds on the ground the last one laid.

The Academy installs the Built series one book at a time, in this order, and the order is the point.

1. BUILT OPERATOR - command of the self. The man who runs himself before he runs anything else.

2. BUILT BODY - the vehicle the whole build rides in. Train it or pay for it in every other domain.

3. BUILT MIND - focus, noise, and the war between your ears.

4. BUILT BRAND - your name. What men say about you when you are not in the room.

5. BUILT BUSINESS - the operation that runs without your hands on every lever.

6. BUILT BROTHERHOOD - the men around you, and the man you are to them.

7. BUILT LIFE - where the other six meet. The whole thing, standing.

You cannot build a brand on a man with no command of himself. You cannot scale a business on a body that is breaking down. Every book stands on the one underneath it. That is why the trainings run in order and unlock on a schedule instead of dumping in your lap on day one.

WHERE YOU START - BOOK 1

THE FORGE - your free seven-day AI build. Day 1 installs your Coach and takes your full intake. Days 2 through 6 put it to work across the domains of the books ahead - your body, your mind, your brand, your business, your brotherhood. Day 7 reads you the verdict and drafts your year-one war plan. Free means free. The machine proves itself before you spend a dollar.

BUILT OPERATOR - fifty days, twelve Standards, three Pillars. DISCIPLINE - command of the self (Days 1-17). MASTERY - discipline aimed at one craft (Days 18-33). DOMINATION - the money engine, the Agent Army of five AI divisions working your business, the weight, the vault (Days 34-50). Day 50 renders the Crown and the title of OPERATOR - the first crown of seven, not the finish line.

The classrooms unlock as your membership ages: the Forge on day one, Discipline on day 8, Mastery on day 25, Domination on day 41. Inside an unlocked classroom every training is yours - run one a day or run several, your call. Books 2 through 7 follow the same road, in order, across the year.

HOW A TRAINING WORKS

Ten to twenty minutes each. All three hundred sixty-five run the same way:

1. Open the day's page in the Classroom and read it.

2. Copy THE MASTER PROMPT - everything between START COPYING HERE and STOP COPYING HERE.

3. Paste it into your AI and press enter. The Coach takes it from there.

4. Answer the gates as they come: GO - UNDERSTOOD - DONE - LOCK IT. Honest answers only.

The machine does the heavy work - the documents, the systems, the plans, the agents. You direct, you decide, and you take the reps only a man can take. In order, always. Miss a day - you will - and the rule is installed from Day 1: resume at the next training. Never miss twice.

The Coach runs on Claude - the Get Claude link is on the right side of this page. The free tier runs the build; paid tiers add horsepower. We recommend Claude because the program was built and tested on it, but any modern AI runs the same Coach step for step, including ChatGPT. Your Builder Profile, your numbers, your files - they live in your own account and your own Drive. Yours.

One Coach carries all three hundred sixty-five. Every training you run feeds the same file, so by the back half of the system the machine knows your body, your business, your numbers and your patterns better than most men know themselves. That is why the file matters more than any single training.
