That is it. The Forge is your free first week - seven days that install your Coach and your whole AI system. After the Forge, Week 1 begins: Standard 1, Own the Day. The Coach runs the rest of the work with you, every day, for the next eighteen months.

This program includes physical training, most directly in Standard 3, Command the Body. Exercise carries real risk. Talk to a physician before you start. You assume all risk. YOUR PRIVATE DATA IS YOURS
Your Builder Profile - your numbers, your scars, your answers - lives in YOUR own AI account and YOUR own Google Drive. AlphaBlueprint never receives it and never sees it. It is your property. You can export, change, or delete it any time. We do not sell your data.
