WEEKLY RHYTHM — Your Cadence
The men who finish this program do not finish it on willpower. They finish it on rhythm.
Willpower is a resource. It depletes. Rhythm is a structure. It holds. Every week in AlphaBlueprint 300 has the same seven-day engine. Learn it. Lock it in. Follow it. The rhythm is not optional and it is not flexible. It is the accountability architecture of the entire 90 days.
Here is the weekly rhythm. Every day. Every week. Twelve weeks straight.

MONDAY — MINDSET IGNITION
6:00 AM Post Goes Live
Monday is the decision point. Every week you choose what kind of man you are going to be for the next seven days. The Mindset Ignition thread is posted every Monday at 6am. It contains three prompts. You fill them in and post your response publicly before noon. This is not journaling. This is public declaration. The men around you read your post. They hold you to it. Come Friday and Sunday, we look back at what you said on Monday and ask: did you execute? The Mindset Ignition thread is where the week starts or doesn't start. Show up here first.
---
TUESDAY — SHOW YOUR WORK
8:00 PM Thread
Tuesday night is evidence night. Post something real. A workout log. A completed drill. A before-and-after on something you built this week. A screenshot of a win. No content here — only proof. The Show Your Work thread is member-generated. It belongs to you. What you post here is the tangible record of Day 2 execution. If you have nothing to post Tuesday night, you already know why. That is the point. Do the work so you have something to show.

WEDNESDAY — MASTERY DRILL (LIVE CALL)
7:00 PM — 60 Minutes
Wednesday is the live call. Every single week. No exceptions. The format is 20 minutes of teaching from the current week's Code, 20 minutes of open Q&A, and 20 minutes of hot seat where one or two men get direct feedback on their execution. You are expected to show up live. If you cannot attend live, the replay posts within 24 hours — watch it within 48 hours and post your one key takeaway in the comments. Attendance is tracked. Men who show up consistently are the men who advance. The hot seat is not a punishment. It is an accelerator. Put your name in for it.
---
THURSDAY — ACCOUNTABILITY PODS
All Day
At Level 3 Warrior you are assigned to an Accountability Pod — a group of six men at a similar stage in the program. Thursday is Pod day. Check in with your Pod. Share your weekly progress. Call out what you said you would do on Monday and report honestly on whether you did it. No performance here. No spin. Raw truth. The Pod is where the brotherhood gets granular. Six men who know your word and will call you on it publicly. If you are not yet at Level 3, use Thursday to engage with the community check-ins and build toward that assignment.
---
FRIDAY — DOMINATION TARGET
6:00 AM Post Goes Live
Friday morning you declare one thing you will dominate over the weekend. One specific target. Not a vague intention. A concrete deliverable with a deadline. Post it publicly before noon. The target must be connected to your current week's training. The weekend is not a break from the program — it is when the program gets tested against real life. Civilians coast Friday through Sunday. Built men use those three days to gain ground. Your Domination Target is your public commitment to gaining ground.
---
SATURDAY — WEEKEND IGNITION
Morning Post Goes Live
Saturday morning the Weekend Ignition thread drops. This is a fire-starter. It is short. It hits hard. It reminds you that while most men are sleeping in and scrolling, you have a target declared and a protocol to execute. Post your update on yesterday's Domination Target. Report progress. If you have not started yet, this is your activation call. The weekend does not belong to Netflix and comfort food. It belongs to the man you are becoming.
---
SUNDAY — REFLECTION
8:00 PM Post Goes Live
Sunday evening is the review. The Reflection thread goes up at 8pm. Three prompts: what held this week, what broke this week, what you are carrying into Monday. This is not self-criticism. It is after-action analysis. The men who improve week over week are not the ones who performed best — they are the ones who reviewed most honestly. Post your reflection before midnight. Read two other men's reflections and comment with something real. Then close the week. Monday is coming.
---
THE BOTTOM LINE
Seven days. Seven touchpoints. Every week for twelve weeks.
Miss one day and re-enter the rhythm the next. Do not let one miss become a spiral. Do not apologize. Just post. The rhythm forgives nothing and demands everything — but it builds something that willpower never could: a man who shows up automatically because showing up is who he is.
No passengers. Earn your ground. Built, Not Born.
