Hiring Customer Success Manager – Cold Outreach Specialist
Compensation: $1,000-$1,500/month, growing to $5,000/month within 12 months
About Us We're a consulting company specializing in LinkedIn and email outreach, currently serving 200 clients through our Skool community. Our team of 12 is booking 400+ calls monthly as we scale toward multi-seven figures.
Role Overview We're hiring 1 experienced Customer Success Manager to support our growing client base.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client questions and provide timely follow-ups
- Manage client payment follow-ups
- Lead group coaching calls with clients
- Audit client email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Write outreach scripts for clients
- Update program materials and resources
- Collaborate directly with leadership
Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience with Clay, LinkedIn automation, and email outreach tools
- Available to start immediately
- Fast-moving, highly organized work style
- 1+ year running cold outreach campaigns (preferred but not required)
Referral Bonus Earn $500 for any CSM referral who is hired and completes their first month.
