Getting focus
This past week, the students in the Insight Activation class and I chose something to look for. It could be anything, as long as it was uncommonly ordinary: a type of bird, a color of door, etc.
I chose the numbers 999, an ordinary number in an uncommon sequence. The point of the experiment is that you get what you focus on.
