If your serve feels OFF, do this ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽพ
Start with the easiest fix: make the toss repeatable, then add the hit for a smoother serve + rhythm! โฌ‡๏ธ
Try this 5-minute serve routine, as a warm up. (Video Below)
  • 10 tossesย 
  • 10 toss and catches (at full reach)
  • 10 โ€œtennis ball throwsโ€ย 
  • 10 half serves from the service line.ย  Hit into the service box ย (toss and then hit without letting the toss come down too much!)
Regain your rhythm from the toss, throws, and half swings. Then start your serve practice โœ…๐Ÿ‘
