- 10 toss and catches (at full reach)
- 10 โtennis ball throwsโย
- 10 half serves from the service line.ย Hit into the service box ย (toss and then hit without letting the toss come down too much!)
Regain your rhythm from the toss, throws, and half swings. Then start your serve practice โ
