Some doors open before you even know you were looking.*
I am Gabriella — floritherapist, olistic chef, Sicilian from Etna side, and firm believer that nature has an answer for everything, if you know how to listen.
For thirty years I have walked alongside people through their most delicate moments — with Bach Flower Therapy as my compass. A gentle tool. A profound one. One that never disappoints.
My work has a particular tenderness for women — for the sacred passages of fertility, maternity and the postpartum period. For every season of a woman's inner life.
But Bach never drew lines. His flowers were made for everyone — the child who feels too much and has no words for it, the man who has quietly stopped asking for help, the older person moving through changes they didn't see coming. Whoever you are, wherever you are in life, there is a flower that already knows your name.
I come from Catania, a city that holds the whole world in miniature. I cook with the same philosophy I heal — alchemy, intention, and the courage to mix the unexpected.
