How to help my potential client grow his team?

Hey guys, 2-3/5 cold calls i made fail because my potential clients just dont have the capacity for extra work,not because of no interest.However with some of them i want to work so hard,because i like them as a brand and i am willing to help them expand their team. My question is how can i help those businesses expand their team so that i can sign them after that?
