I honestly can’t believe it’s been three years since this first photo was taken.

3 years of discipline, dedication, sacrifice and hard fckn work.

This version of me 3 years ago was just starting to wake up…  I was 85+ pounds overweight, struggling with anxiety and depression, I didn’t have the energy to play with my kids, I had zero confidence….

But I was ready to change all of that.  I had to realize that NO ONE was coming to save me.

You want the dream body? You want the fat bank account? The dream relationship?  It all starts with YOU. All of it.

The moment I took accountability for where my life was, is when it changed.  You can have, be and do anything with this life. But you have to be brave enough, bold enough and disciplined enough to go get it.

3 years down and I still got work to do. This is an everyday inside job. Becoming the best version of myself, every damn day.  Now it’s your turn. GO GET IT 🔥
