You don’t need heavy gym training to build a strong body
Heavy weights can strain joints and increase injury risk. Simple workouts like push-ups, abs, jump rope, resistance bands, stretching, and walking can build a strong athletic body with less damage.
Even 20 minutes of training and up to 1 hour walking daily is enough. Training 3–4 times a week is more than enough for good results and recovery. Train smarter not harder
