🌿 If Your Pattern Could Talk...
This month we've been exploring the hidden patterns that show up beneath our stories.
You know...the ones that seem to follow us from situation to situation.
The ones we've often judged, resisted, or tried to fix.
Today, I'd like to invite you to try something different.
Open your Akashic Records and bring one of those patterns gently into your awareness.
Then get curious (the Records work best when you get curious 😘)
Instead of asking, "How do I get rid of this?"
Ask:
"What would this pattern like me to understand?"
Imagine your pattern, sitting across from you, having a conversation.
What might it say?
Maybe:
💛 "I've been trying to protect you."
💛 "I learned this a long time ago."
💛 "I didn't know you had other choices now."
💛 "I've been doing my best."
Complete this sentence:
✨ If my pattern could speak, it would say...
Share your response. I'll go first.
Sometimes the greatest shift happens when we stop fighting a pattern long enough to understand it.
