3 signs your soul has signed a leadership contract (most people miss the second one)
Most people wait for permission to lead. The soul doesn't work that way.
If you carry a leadership soul contract, the Akashic Records show it long before the world does. Three signals I see most often when reading these contracts —
1. You feel responsible for groups, even uninvited. Long before titles arrive, you sense systems, energies, and people that need holding. This is not codependency. It is contract memory.
2. Your wounds keep arriving in the form of other people's wounds. Your healing journey is rarely just yours. Whatever you transmute personally, you eventually transmit collectively. This is the leader's karmic recycling — and most spiritual teachers won't name it because it sounds too heavy.
3. Solitude feels sacred, not lonely. Leaders with soul contracts need long silences to download. If isolation feels like fuel rather than punishment, the contract is active.
