Guidance on Delivering Chatbot and Voice Agent Projects to Clients
Hello everyone,
I am a beginner in automation and currently working on building chatbots and voice calling agents. For chatbots, I am using VoiceFlow, and for voice calling agents, I am using VAPI + N8N. I have successfully created some projects, but I am unsure about the delivery process once we get a client.
Specifically, I would like guidance on the following:
1.How should the delivery process be structured once a client agrees?
2.Do we need to host the solutions (e.g., on Hostinger or another platform), or should we ask the client for hosting credentials?
3.Regarding billing (for VAPI, hosting, etc.), who usually bears the cost—the agency or the client?
4.What is the best practice for setting up payment plans—should the expenses be managed on our side and then charged to the client, or handled directly by the client?
5.What key things should we keep in mind to ensure smooth and professional delivery?
If you are running an agency or have experience handling clients in this domain, I would truly appreciate your insights and guidance.
