My Personal Content Automation Framework
After every live stream — and we do a lot of them — I would sit down and spend an hour writing the YouTube description. Title. Tags. Chapters. SEO metadata. Making sure the keywords were right, etc.
An hour of manual work sitting between the content and the audience — and it was entirely my job because nobody else had the full context to do it the way it needed to be done.
Finally! I connected our AI infrastructure — the same personal setup I've been building up with Claude Code over the past few months — to our YouTube account and our internal documentation. Brand guidelines. Program information. Previous video descriptions. All the context that makes the output actually sound like us and not like a generic AI summary.
Then I pointed it at the recording.
It wrote the whole thing while I was still cleaning up the room.
Why I'm sharing this here specifically. 👇
Because this community includes a lot of people who are either creating content regularly or building agencies that help clients do the same — and this is exactly the kind of workflow that sounds impressive until you realize how straightforward it actually is to build.
It's not a sophisticated system. It's a well-configured agent with the right context, connected to the right accounts, pointed at a repeatable task.
This is exactly the kind of thing we build in the bootcamp — an actual running workflow that saves real time starting the same evening you build it.
If you've been thinking about the August cohort — this is the kind of session that makes the investment obvious in retrospect.
