Our mission is to empower women solopreneurs and small business owners —especially moe mature professionals who are beginners in using AI for business and marketing strategically — collaborate, and grow together in a supportive, hands-on environment.

The Aim2Grow System was created by German based entrepreneur, Cydnie Thompson, a Certified AI for Marketing Specialist (Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK) and Membership Director of WinTrade Global Women in Business Network Ltd.
Since its inception in 2023:
- 4,000+ sign-ups for our AI training
- 85% of participants are aged 45–64, with 69% in business for more than 3 years
