Salam everyone, I’m new to the field of AI Automation Agency. I’ve heard from several people that the best tool to use is n8n, but honestly, I have zero background in this field—not even in programming or AI tools.

So now I’m confused about how to start learning AI Automation in order to eventually offer this service to businesses by building solutions, as I’ve heard others do in this field.

My main questions are:

What skills should I learn first?

Who should I follow on YouTube to learn those skills?

What tools will I need to use?

Also, should I dive straight into learning n8n even though I’m a complete beginner with no prior experience?

Or are there other foundational skills I should learn first?

To be honest, my only interaction with AI so far has been asking questions to ChatGPT.

So I’m genuinely in need of a clear roadmap to follow.
