Lead Conversion

I need some help and guidance. I have about 1,200 leads, mostly generated through FB and Google.

These leads are about 2-3 years old, and I have lost touch with them. I want to reignite the conversation but don't want to call each lead manually (I have chasing people but love attracting). Any suggestions on how I can reactivate these leads? I am using FUB as my CRM.

I have thought about hiring a VA but don't know where to look or where to start. I have also looked into hiring Conversion Monster, a US company that has US-based agents calling these leads, but I'm not 100% sure if it’s the right move.

One thought I have is to organize an event (Bowling or Trampoline Park) and invite these leads to reignite the relationship.

I would appreciate any insights or guidance.
