How are you all saving your Prompts?

Hello everyone - quick question: How and where are you all saving your prompts?

My issue is that I have several good prompts that i keep coming back to often. (One below in comments). My issue is managing these prompts. Where do i save them? (.txt). How do i recall them? (manually, painfully).

Anyone figured this out? I looked online for extensions but found nothing credible. Maybe an opportunity for one of us to build one? 👀
