Quick update before everyone disappears into food, family, and well-earned rest.

No call todayπ
No session next week
Weβll be back Wednesday, January 7th.
Think of this as a strategic pause, not a disappearance.
Weβre building some exciting upgrades behind the scenes so 2026 hits harder, cleaner, and with more leverage.
A quick personal note π
I was recently on a news network talking about how to stay healthy during the holidays.
Yes, I know β in this group we usually talk:
β’ Business
β’ Automations
β’ Facebook ads
β’ Traffic
β’ Content systems
But hereβs the quiet truth:
π§ Your business only runs as well as your body does.
Burned-out founders make sloppy decisions.
Low energy kills momentum.
A tired brain buys bad ideas.
So here are my Holiday Survival Rules β simple, human, and doable π
π₯© 1. Lead with protein
Protein is the bouncer at the door. Eat it first and it escorts half the cookies out.
No one ever says:βIβm stuffedβ¦ let me grab another steak.β
Dessert always sneaks in when protein doesnβt show up.
π§ 2. Drink water like itβs your job
Most βhungerβ is really dehydration.
π― Aim for 2β3 liters per day
Track it and youβll naturally eat less without trying harder.
Lazy wins still count.
πΆββοΈ 3. Move because it feels good
Not because youβre guilty.
Youβre watching athletes on TV βbe one for 20 minutes.
Walk. Play. Get outside.
Movement is a gift, not a punishment.
π 4. Keep one foot in your normal routine
This is a few days, not a lifestyle reset.
β’ Train if you normally train
β’ Eat normally 80% of the time
β’ Donβt burn the whole year down over a holiday plate
π 5. Zoom out. Way out.
Your body is shaped by patterns, not single meals.
No guilt, no spiral.
Enjoy the holidays β then calmly return to baseline like a pro.
π Your turn
Drop a comment and tell me which one hit you hardest.
Or tell me what I missed.
Enjoy your people.
Protect your energy.
Weβll be back January 7th, sharper than ever π
