ForgedOps.AI: Launching the Sovereign Construction Operations Command Deck

Today we are officially introducing ForgedOps.AI, a sovereign, flat-rate construction operations platform built specifically for commercial general contractors.
Historically, GCs scaling past $10M have been forced into a vendor lock-in loop with legacy project management suites. These platforms index their licensing costs directly against your annual construction volume, effectively taxing your growth.
ForgedOps.AI establishes a new standard:
1. Flat-Rate Pricing: No seat traps, no volume markups.
2. Local Data Sovereignty: Your database tables are hosted on your own infrastructure (Hetzner, AWS, or private cloud). Your project data remains portable and entirely yours.
3. Deterministic AI Operations:
