Automate drawing parsing. Deploy MJOLNIR to extract dimensions, counts, and volumes from multi-page PDFs and auto-calculate estimates using historical local rates.
• Module 4: 4. Automated Sub-RFIs & AIA Billing
Automate compliance verification. Run pre-submittal RFI check loops and audit subcontractor pay applications against your Schedule of Values to stop front-loading.
• Module 5: 5. Dynamic Critical Path Scheduling
Integrate weather forecasts (NOAA API) and trade availability to build an interactive Gantt chart that dynamically shifts critical path tasks and flags margin impacts.
