Non-Negotiable | Rules and Guidelines
Hi everyone! Happy to have you join our growing AI 4 HR community. Our goal is to create a space where we learn, build, and collaborate, leveraging AI for our HR work, and not have to cut through the noise. Please read the rules below, they are mandatory:
1) 📢 No Self or Business Promotions – Provide Value to Build Your Credibility.
Promotion is by demonstration of your expertise by sharing valuable and practical insights, workflows, case studies, or tutorials. In here, promoting a YouTube video is not creating value.
Any posts that ask members to "DM me for the template" or "DM me to learn more" will be removed—everything should be shared openly.
If you provide value first, people will naturally recognize your expertise. For job-related posts, use the "Job Seeker / Looking For Contractor" section.
2) 💡 Share Practical Value, Not Vague Insights
Posts should contribute to learning and skill-building. If you're demonstrating an AI for HR workflow, include clear steps, screenshots, or video explanations so others can learn from it. Shallow posts, like "Industries AI can be used in" without real insights, will be removed.
3) 🚫 No Clickbait or Empty Teasers
If you’re discussing a tool, framework, or workflow, your post should provide real value, such as walkthroughs, case studies, or explanations. Simply linking to a tool without context or providing an unbalanced promotion will not be allowed.
4) 📝 Title Your Posts Clearly
Make your post titles specific and informative so others can quickly understand the topic. Instead of "Need help!", write something like "Troubleshooting Pipeline Export in vectorshift.ai – Help Needed!"
5) 🔎 Search Before Posting
Before starting a new thread, search the community to see if your question has already been answered.
6) 🤝 Keep It Respectful & Engaging
This community welcomes everyone, from beginners to experts. Be kind, respectful, and inclusive in all interactions.
7) 🏗️ A "Builders & Constructors" Community
This group is for active learners and problem-solvers. The best way to establish yourself as an authority is by showcasing workflows, methods, and case studies rather than making claims about expertise. Demonstrate, don’t just sell.
8) ⚠️ Violations Will Be Removed
To keep this community high-value and free from noise, posts that violate these guidelines will be removed without warning.
If you ever have questions, feel free to ask. Let’s make this the best AI for HR Nexus community out there by sharing, collaborating, and learning together. 🚀
