This space is built to help agents implement AI, reclaim time, and grow stronger businesses - together. To keep things clear, valuable, and legally safe, follow these guidelines:
💼 1. No Commission Talk (Legal Compliance)
To comply with the Sherman Antitrust Act, please do not discuss commission rates, splits, or fee structures in any form.

❌ Avoid anything that could be seen as price fixing or rate comparisons
This rule is in place to ensure compliance with federal antitrust laws. Even casual discussion of rates can be interpreted as anti-competitive under the law.

Trust > exposure.
🔐 5. Keep Confidential Information Out of AI Tools
Anything you paste into an AI tool leaves your control. Keep protected data out of it.
❌ No client names, contact details, private financial info, or lender documents
❌ No MLS-confidential data, offer terms, or signed contracts
✔️ Remove identifying details first, or describe the situation generically
✔️ Follow your brokerage and MLS policies, and always review AI output before it reaches a client
🚫 6. No Spam or Selling
This is not a pitch pit.
✔️ Share wins, lessons, and value
❌ No cold DMs or unsolicited promos
📍 7. Keep It RE + AI
This group focuses on real estate workflows and AI tools that drive better marketing, systems, follow-up, and growth.
Off-topic content may be removed.
