🎩 Random Thowback Thought...
In another life, I was a magician.
Like, properly into it. Close up, cards, psychology, misdirection - MASSIVE Youtube Channel the lot.
What’s funny is… I’ve realised a lot of what made magic feel powerful back then maps insanely well to what I’m building now.
Not tricks.
Reveals.
I’ve been playing with a simple phone based idea.
Get a spectator to pick a card. OR even just get them to name one out loud - waffle for a couple mins then show them your phone with their card "reveal".
It feels very… now. (Obviously just have the prompt ready to go in KlipZi and just input the card - in 2 mins BOOM reveal).
And weirdly more magical than some of the stuff I used to do with a deck of cards.
Curious if anyone else here came from a “previous life” like that — magic, music, art, something creative and is now remixing those skills in a totally different way.
Feels like things come full circle sometimes.
