The title pretty much self-explained what I am looking at. Been trying to build a workflow using the combo of Runpod + ComfyUI + LTX 2.5 but results has not been to my expectations so I am not looking to outsource this to an online tool or app there. What are your top 5 choices I should be looking into it?

Been trying to build a workflow inside Runpod+ComfyUI using LTX 2.5 without much luck. Looking to generate short videos (3 to 5mins) I can use to develop/grow a faceless YT channel and even tho the videos are improving (or maybe I am too picky) they are not quite what I am looking for. Not asking in terms of images or video quality but more like how the video flow, script, camera angle/movement, sound effect, transitions, etc. I´ve provided by AI Agents all the resources I can find for this but results are not showing it. Any words of wisdom? What should I be looking into? do I need to start all over? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m currently using the ICE SCAIL2 Motion Control workflow for image-to-video generation, and the biggest issue I’m having is the hair. The face, body, pose, and motion transfer can look pretty good, but the hair often makes the final video look obviously AI-generated. It tends to lose the natural look of the original image once the motion starts. The texture can look too artificial, overly processed, or unnaturally defined, and it doesn’t always behave like real hair during movement. I’m trying to get a more natural smartphone-video look, so I don’t want the hair to look overly sharp, glossy, or “perfect.” I want it to keep softer, realistic texture and natural movement. Has anyone using ICE SCAIL2 Motion Control had the same problem? If so, what helped the most — different settings, LoRAs, resolution, sampler/steps, reference preparation, or a different post-processing/upscale method? Any advice would be appreciated.
