Linkcoders.com is working on AI projects and is looking for AI Trainers to support our growing workload. We currently have multiple AI training projects and are looking for skilled people to help improve AI models through training, evaluation, and feedback.
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs
Provide feedback to improve AI model performance
Support AI training and data evaluation tasks
Follow project guidelines and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
Experience with AI/ML projects, LLMs, or AI training workflows
Strong technical background (software engineering, data science, or related fields)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluation, data labeling, or model improvement is a plus.
