I asked a question this week about how people are actually finishing and releasing Suno tracks, and some interesting patterns kept coming up.
A few of the workflows people mentioned were:
• writing the lyrics first, then building the music around them
• doing lots of generations until the flow feels right
• using voice memos to guide melody and structure
• exporting stems and cleaning them up in a DAW like Ableton or Audition
• polishing tracks in tools like BandLab before release
What stood out most is that people are using Suno in very different ways.
Some treat it like a quick idea generator.
Others are using it more like part of a full production workflow.
Curious what workflow people here are using at the moment.
Are you:
• starting with lyrics first
• starting with a style prompt
• using voice memos
• exporting stems into another program
• or just generating until something clicks?
Drop your process below.
At the moment I’m mostly interested in how people are going from rough idea to finished track. Seems like everyone has a different process.
