How are you getting work? AI Consulting edition

Hi fam!

I'm up at 5am again today getting ready to do yet another FREE speaking gig. Why? Because it is the best way to be seen as a subject matter expert. Today I'm speaking to a group of small biz owners in Denver. I actually have two presentations ready. I have to see what the room is like, and get a feel for their current AI use. Do I go right into agentic AI and custom builds or do I stick with prompting and ChatGPT?

Curious- How are you getting clients in whatever it is you do?
