Claude/Cowork/Code- The Trinity... what to use when?

Sorry I've been SO busy launching our sprint in Club Jam! It went well. I got 50 new members! 🌟

I'm using Claude hard, like for everything I do. My only complaint is that I'm blurring the lines of my original thought of when to use Claude Chat, Cowork and Code. I'm starting to use Code for chat purposes. I'm also seeing that code is failing where cowork isn't. In a surprising way. Yesterday I asked code to publish my 30 posts for meta over the next 30 days. I had it all set in a .csv in my desktop. It couldn't do it, but cowork handled it great. Why? I don't know....

So my question is, what are your standards for using each model and why?
