I ranked #1 on Google in 5 hours using Perplexity…
Here’s how👇
Most people do SEO like this:
“Write a post… then pray.”
I did this instead (8 prompts = 1 checklist):
1️⃣ Find what’s trending today
Prompt: “What are the top trending search keywords today in the niche ____ (global)?”
Goal: get fresh keywords fast.
2️⃣ Pick the “easy win” keyword
Prompt: “From that list, which keywords have low competition but high interest, and why?”
Goal: traffic + low authority competition.
3️⃣ Build the content outline (fast)
Prompt: “Using the top keyword, generate a content outline for [video + blog]. Include 5 sections.”
Goal: structure in 30 seconds.
4️⃣ Write meta title + description (SEO hook)
Prompt: “Write a meta title + meta description optimized for Google. Include the keyword + a daily life hook.”
Goal: higher CTR + better relevancy.
5️⃣ Get 3 backlinks in hours (not weeks)
Prompt: “Give me 3 quick outreach backlink opportunities I can do in 5 hours: 1 social, 1 guest post, 1 collab.”
Goal: velocity + early links.
6️⃣ Internal link like a sniper
Prompt: “What internal linking strategy should I set up if I already have 4–5 related posts/videos? Include anchor text + where to place links.”
Goal: pass authority and speed indexing.
7️⃣ Avoid the ranking killers
Prompt: “What common mistakes hurt ranking/engagement in this niche? How do I avoid them?”
Goal: beat 90% of lazy content.
8️⃣ Turn it into a 1-page checklist
Prompt: “Summarize the entire process into a one-page printable checklist.”
Goal: repeat it for any niche.
Funny part: the “secret” isn’t Perplexity.
It’s using it like a sequence, not a magic 8-ball.
