One thing I rarely see discussed is how people actually define success when using AI.
For some, success means saving time.
For others, it’s increasing output, improving quality, or building systems that scale. Without a personal definition, it’s easy to compare progress unfairly or feel behind when results look different for everyone.
What makes communities like this valuable is seeing the many ways people apply AI based on their own goals and stages.
How do you personally measure success with AI right now, and has that definition changed over time?
