HELP...

Hello everyone!! I started to make websites woth wordpress + elementor, I made like 7 websites some custom and some for real businesses. But I am having a problem selling it to them.

How I reach them?- I basicaly look for businesses that doesnt have a website in my local area and then make them a custom page(only the home page) and then I talk to them about the idea of the website for their business. For some reason they dont like it for example they leave me on seen or they just say we are not intereasted.

For example I tried to sell a website for a restaurant with a full booking tabels and a 4 page website for like a 300€ but they still are not intereasted. I try to lower the pricd because of my country economics. Can someone please tell me whats the problem or if I should reach them in a different way !?
