I just built a tool called Yap that does everything Whisperflow does. Speech-to-text across any app, 60+ languages, hotkey toggle. But it runs 100% locally on your PC and costs nothing.
It's built with Claude Code and uses a local Whisper model, so there's no API calls, no subscriptions, no data leaving your machine. In this video I walk through the full setup, show it working live, and give it away for free inside the Skool community.
