Recently built a system called EstateFlow AI focused on automating operational workflows for real estate businesses.
The main problem I noticed:
Most agencies still manage:
- leads
- follow-ups
- site visits
- tenant communication
- maintenance workflows
through scattered tools and manual processes.
That usually creates:
- slow response times
- missed follow-ups
- poor lead tracking
- operational chaos as the business scales
So I built a centralized AI-powered workflow system to handle the operations side.
Current workflows include:

The interesting part was designing the workflow logic and automation architecture around actual business bottlenecks instead of just building another chatbot.
Still expanding the automations, but the MVP is already live.
