"I don't have enough time to learn AI"
This is something I hear all the time.
Hell, it's something I feel from time to time.
While most of my work is focused on organizations adopting AI, a big piece of that is helping individuals adopt AI.
I'm still a believer in the AI-first flywheel (see the courses under the classroom to learn more), but I feel some people have to start with freeing up time before jumping into pains/use cases.
How do you free up time for AI?
Would love to hear your more nuanced take in the comments.
Prioritize: Put AI in the calendar so you focus on it before your to-do list, emails, etc.
Delegate: Share your workload with someone else (e.g., colleague, new hire, consultant).
Improve: Automate or streamline your work to create more time to use AI.
Grind: Find extra hours in the day (i.e., personal time) to use AI.
Integrate: Instead of freeing up time, blend AI usage into your regular activities.
