I'm Gavin. I've spent 20 years running projects — electrical, solar, UPS systems, industrial installations across South Africa. Not a marketer. Not a guru. Someone who runs a real business with real deadlines and real clients.
Over the last few months, I've been building AI systems into that business. Not because it's trendy. Because I was drowning in admin, losing track of quotes, and watching opportunities slip because I forgot to follow up.
Some of it worked. A lot of it didn't. I've wasted plenty of time on tools that looked impressive and changed nothing.
