If you start getting warning about Memory usage being full in ChatGPT, use the prompt below.
My memory on here is almost full. Can you audit it to see if there are duplicates or some things I could remove?
Afterwards, you will get a list of suggestions, and Chat will usually ask if you want it to clean itself, and that's all!
