Youtube copyright strike

I wanted to share a little mishap I had a few minutes ago.
I’ve seen several AI Shorts on YouTube that use this music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azPHp96EQlM
I really liked it and wanted to use it for my short ZODIAK SIGN, which you can find here:
Since so many people are using this Travis Scott song, I thought it must be free to use. But to be sure, I checked this site:https://tubepilot.ai/tools/copyright-music-checker/
To my surprise, the site confirmed that the song is free to use, which explains why so many people use it for AI shorts online.
I posted my short on Instagram and TikTok without any issues.
However, YouTube blocked my video because of the music.
Why didn’t TikTok and Instagram block my short, but YouTube did? I don’t understand.
Does anyone have an idea why this happened or how I can resolve this issue?
