💡 NEWS FLASH: Most tax pros prompt AI backwards!
The biggest improvement isn't telling AI what to do, but telling AI what to IGNORE.

Instead of this prompt:
"Summarize this document."
Try this instead:
"Extract only potential deductible business expenses.
Ignore:
- Personal stories
- Duplicate information
- Opinions
- Anything unrelated to deductible expenses
Return:
- Date
- Vendor
- Description
- Amount
- Category

That one change can turn pages of client notes into a clean worksheet that's much easier to review 😏
‼️ One important reminder: AI should organize information and NOT make tax decisions. Always review and verify the output before using it in a return‼️
