What's up everyone —

The app builder is live. One link. Works on your phone. No downloads, no accounts, no code.

WHAT IT IS:

7 levels that walk you from "I have no idea what to build" to "I have a working app with real users testing it." Every single step is a copy-paste prompt. You paste it into Claude, fill in the [BRACKETS], and move on.

THE FRAMEWORK:

PROBLEM → WHO PAYS → SOLUTION → FIRST MOVE

Find a real problem. Figure out who pays to fix it. Build the fix. Prove it works once. Then automate it.

WHEN TO USE IT:

— You've been meaning to start but don't know where to begin → start at Level 1 tonight

— You already have an idea but haven't built anything → skip to Level 3

— You have a Claude subscription and have no idea what to do with it → this is what you do with it

— You tried building something and got stuck → Level 5 has a panic button for exactly that

WHY THIS EXISTS:

Because most of you already have the knowledge. You just don't have the steps. This gives you the steps. Every prompt is written. Every bracket tells you exactly what to fill in. 90% of this is copy-paste.

The people who win with this are the ones who already help people with something — coaching, training, content, advice, whatever. If people already ask you questions about your thing, you have an app inside your head. This just gets it out.

HOW TO USE IT:

Open the link below on your phone
2. Start at Level 1 — don't skip ahead
3. Each level has tasks. Tap a task to expand it
4. When you see a prompt card (orange box), tap it to open, then hit TAP TO COPY
5. Paste it into Claude
6. Fill in the [BRACKETS] — USE YOUR VOICE. Tap the mic in Claude and talk instead of typing. 10x faster.
7. Check off the task when done
8. When all tasks are checked, the next level unlocks

QUICK TIPS TO ACTUALLY FINISH:

🎙️ USE VOICE MODE. Seriously. Level 2 has you writing methods, decision trees, and 20 Q&A pairs. If you try to thumb-type all that on your phone you will quit. Paste the prompt, hit the microphone, and just talk like you're explaining it to a friend. Claude writes it all down.

⏱️ BLOCK REAL TIME. This isn't a 20-minute thing. Level 1 is 1-2 hours. Level 2 is 4-8 hours spread over a few days. Level 5 is the hardest — block 3 hours. Put it on your calendar.

📱 PHONE WORKS BUT COMPUTER IS FASTER FOR LEVEL 5. If you have access to ANY computer — library, friend's laptop, anything — do Level 5 there. 20 min on computer vs 90 on phone.

🚨 WHEN YOU GET STUCK USE THE PANIC BUTTON. Level 5 has one built in. Don't stare at a broken screen for 2 hours. Paste the panic prompt.

📊 POST YOUR WINS. When you finish a level, screenshot it and post it here. When Claude rates your knowledge base 9/10, post it. When your app goes live, post the link. The leaderboard is watching.

🔁 AFTER LEVEL 7 — KEEP FEEDING IT. Your app gets smarter when you add new Q&A pairs from real user feedback. There's a prompt for that in Level 7. Use it every week.
