Daniel alone has 100+ day-in-the-life videos just sitting there. Most of them got flagged on Instagram. They're not going anywhere. They're not making money.
THE IDEA
Use AI to convert existing video content into animated cartoons. Don't retape anything. Don't hire a crew. Just transform what's already been made.
Daniel already tested this — got 500 views on a cartoon short with no talking, just vibes and sound effects. The potential is real.
Patrick Olsen showed up to the call with a cartoon he made of Daniel in Gemini using a reference image — with a bad prompt — and it looked pretty decent.

Sell this service to famous people. Bodybuilders, athletes, influencers who already have goldmine content sitting there gathering dust.
One famous client makes it hot. Then everyone wants one.

The other unlock: this eliminates camera anxiety. You don't have to talk to a camera if you're a cartoon. Huge barrier removed for a ton of creators.
