Me when I started in the trades really young
Hook: I started in the trades completely lost…
so how did I end up becoming a foreman?
Alt Hook: You can stay the confused new guy forever…
or become the one running the job
Me being all fat and young and incompetent
I was overweight,insecure and honestly just lost
Walking into jobs feeling like I didn’t belong there.

I would get blame for mistakes my foreman would do
I was just learning everything the hard way
Me locked in carrying some pipe older now
That’s when I realized it was up to me,to learn and to educate myself to be a more valueble employee
So I stayed consistent,kept showing up,even when I felt out of place
Me at the gym pretty much
Fast forward… now I’m running crews,
and the same guy who was lost is the one people come to for answers
Primary hook performed way better
