My Top 5 Struggles
1.) Age. I’m 39 and now starting to focus on my social media feeds. I feel behind the 8 ball.
2.) Embarrased to post videos of myself that’s not workout related.
3.) I’m uncomfortable with the unknown. There’s several challenges to posting things like comedic videos of myself. This is new and you need to have a sense of humility.
4.) My schedule is fairly challenging and finding time to not only focus on my fitness career but my businesses as well, while being an active father is stressful.
Schedule: (some weeks I’m off at 5:30pm) so the schedule is even tighter. But we make time for what we desire.
3:30am up
3:50am commute to work
3:30pm off of work
4:45pm home
5:00pm gym
6:30pm done with gym
7:00pm post workout meal
8:00pm sleep
5.) I make great money with the current streams of income, but have a burning desire to transition away from Engineering Consulting as I try am unhappy with it. But the money affords things I want, which is to build a legacy.
Top 5 Contrasting Wins
1.) Physique. As I’m breaking into bodybuilding, taking it serious this time around, I’m happy with the results I’ve achieved so far.
2.) Current career. Although it’s extremely frustrating dealing with the people I have to constantly please, this affords me a lifestyle I haven’t been able to supplement. It slots me the opportunity to purchase multiple homes and properties with in the west coast.
3.) Age. Catch 22, but with age comes wisdom and the confidence to say, if it doesn’t work, I’ll keep moving and will try, try again. Sink or swim!
4.) Schedule. Although it’s jam packed, having so many positive avenues and the opportunity to pursue it is a blessing!
5.) Having a support team I finally found and pulled the trigger on. This has been so extremely helpful!
