THE AUTO SHOP — pitched an automotive shop on an AI audit. Walked them through what it would look like, what it would fix, what it would save. Getting real about monetizing — not just playing with the tools.
THE RETAINER MODEL — is stacking retainers and running life simulations with his clients — showing them what their future looks like with and without the changes. Selling the gap between where they are and where they could be. That's the play.
THE CLIPPING PLAY — is clipping content for a rapper client — building their social presence with AI. He's figured out the production side. Now it's about scaling the output and charging for it.
